Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Damaged or incorrect items are collected and replaced at our cost — report within 48 hours with photos.

Policies
Shipping policy
Free delivery on orders above GH₵ 300 within Accra and Tema. A flat GH₵ 30 delivery fee applies below that. Regional deliveries are quoted at checkout based on weight and destination.
Privacy policy
We collect only the information needed to process orders and provide support: name, contact details, delivery address and order history. We never sell customer data, and payment details are handled entirely by our payment processors.

Prices are in Ghana Cedis and may change without notice. Orders are confirmed on payment. Product images are illustrative. Wholesale supply is governed by a separate distributor agreement.
